No technical writer but writing this, everything from sources and experiences that have actually WORKED for me! Being ambitious is a separate concept, and overthinking and stressing about the future is another.

According to the medical sources, Anxiety is defined as :

Anxiety: A feeling of apprehension and fear, characterized by physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweating, and feelings of stress.

The main causes of anxiety are:

1. Not being occupied with any work, staying idle (empty mind is devil's workshop!)

2. Taking unnecessary stress in most situations.

3.Introversion: Avoiding many situations of socialising and instead of being self preserved for everything.

4. Isolation: Staying away from everyone and increasing your hypertension hormones in turn.

5. Silence: Not speaking about the situation to anyone.

As you see, most of the situations are directed to introverts, like me but the point is that we need to come out of this zone since it's just ruining us and not benefiting from anything. There have been many solutions on the internet regarding the same but with many being in the same loop it is not easy to get out of the dark hole. So I am sharing some tips which have worked more than even a medical aid to me!

While reading them, you can even refer to this video on how to get over anxiety and dopamine stress!

1. Trying out some new activities

Examples: Trekking, sports, art and craft, new hobbies like singing or dancing.

2. Journalising

Believe me, start writing, you will feel the negative energy going away on its own without even noticing, it's that worth a shot. Might be boring at first, but it gets better by each day!

3. Improving sleep pattern

A common tip everyone gives, do infinite miracles, believe it or not, sleep for a minimum of 7 hours AT NIGHT TILL MORNING that's how it's supposed to go for the smooth functioning of your mind, body and soul. If possible take naps in between the day will give better results than a caffeine dose.

4. Cut off on Caffeine

The point I illustrated previously, caffeine actually results in the reduction of happy hormones production in the body so try to reduce or avoid it as much as possible.

5. Take a digital detox

In the prevailing time at lockdown, it is almost impossible to get away from the screen, but the best you can do for yourself is listen to good music, watch good shows (what pleases you, not upsets you), cut away from toxic media and leave social media if it disturbs you, or at least take a break.

6. Fitness

Eat good food, do exercise, practice mindfulness, give priority to mental health as well.

7. Talk to people

Connect with people, support groups, share your common groups, talk to friends and family, get help- there are a bunch of good therapists out there who will help you get over your issues without even you letting know, it that beneficial, also there are many free sources on the internet for help which you can reach and our blog is always there for you, just a chat or mail away.
